Mother’s Day gift ideas

Are all mums the same since we know they all love their kids but what about when Mother’s Day rolls around and you have to buy a gift. Where gifts are involved mums are not always the same and that is why it makes it difficult to buy them gifts.
Working mums have the day off on Mother’s Day not because it’s a holiday but because it falls on Sunday. In order for mum to enjoy the day there should be no kids fighting, all loud music turned off and no arguing over what to watch on TV. Make your own breakfast and even better try to make her breakfast in bed. Mum is the only one that knows how difficult it is to make breakfast on an empty stomach
Usually the weekend for working mums means more work. Meaning after working Monday through Friday behind a desk they switch to working on laundry, vacuuming and any other household chores you can think of. Try and keep the house clean for mum on the weekend by keeping it picked up all week making it easier for here when the weekend rolls around.
Usually a mum that works has coffee and toast for a meal. You can make her a great meal at home instead of taking her out to a fancy restaurant and spending way over your budget limitations. If you cannot cook then try Mothers Day baskets such as fruit bouquets or a gift basket and we all know mums love chocolate and fruit, and of course stay away from the cheeses and jerky, those are not to her likening.
Anyone can take care of the chores for a day, but if you take care of them for the week, well that is a great Mother’s Day gift since that probably has not happened since there were children in the house.
